Reservations:

For reservations please use the form below or call 724-984-1399. Reservations are accepted seven-days a week, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

Deposits on reservations are required in the form of a valid credit card number or check. All reservations require a 50% deposit of the entire stay in advance. The balance will be due upon arrival, at check-in.

Reservations without deposit will not be held.

We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, & Discover.

B&B rates reflect double occupancy; retreat rates are per individual.

Add 6% PA sales tax and 3% county bed tax.

 

 

Cancellations:

An administrative fee of $25 will be applied to any deposit refunded as a result of a cancellation.

Eight or more days notification of cancellation is required for a deposit refund (less administrative fee).

For cancellation notification of seven days or less prior to arrival, a refund (less cancellation fee) will be made only if the room(s) can be filled.

No-shows will be charged full payment of room.

Full breakfasts are served at times convenient to our guests and will be determined when making your reservation.

Please inform us of special dietary restrictions when making reservation.

Check-in is 3:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am unless otherwise noted for special retreats.

We are a smoke-free facility.
